★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience at this branch. The old indian lady at the checkout counter is really rude and unreasonable. She kept complaining and had a very bad attitude. I even don't want to give her even 1 star ! The manager at this branch should teach his staff how to respect their customer！Too bad !??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a desk in store, well they only gave us 1 box out of 2. Gave us a lot of trouble and we had to go back to store the other day, leaving a mess at home because we couldn't start the assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT GO HERE,, Support local, 200m down the road: Went to laminate my vaccine pass and was told I needed to come back between 1 and 3 pm because they were now doing them in bulk to not waste paper event though we as customers are paying for the it and sending people back and forth is also a waster of petrol nd time, but its not their cost either so their excuse for "saving" does not make sense. So I came back another day, between 1 and 3 and was told to leave my pass there and come back at 3...not something I was told the 1st time and again, a waste of time and back and forth. Ended up going 200m down the road to a lovely place that did it in a moment and with way better quality. Terrible customer service, the Indian lady that attended me both times was very rude, and seems like others have had the same experience with her.

Such a great initiative would like to see some more eco friendly product choices and packaging, we had an electronic dives that needed to be recycled. Warehouse Stationery, in partnership with Tech Collect NZ, is offering free e-waste collection at 6 of their stores nationwide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't bother ordering anything online. Can't trust the "same day printing". Went in to ask what time would my order be ready and was met with a rude rep, who said "our printer is down, just wait for a confirmation email". Maybe it'd be good to let people know if it won't be ready the same day? Otherwise we had an awesome shopping experience that day ?
