★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lovely woman who made my americano was so friendly and inviting and NAILED my americano. I get the same thing everywhere I go and it's really easy to tell when the espresso shot in an americano is subpar. I'm not exaggerating when I say this one was the best one I've had in NZ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy couldn't stop talking about how great he is with customers (in front of the customers) , the coffee was very average, the milk far too hot (from reheating old milk) and no sugar when i asked for it... I guess he was too busy talking about himself to remember the sugar.
