★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner, myself and our 2 friends dined at the General Store this past weekend and it was an absolute joy of an experience. The food was fantastic-especially as my partner and I are vegan and the service was friendly and fast. We felt very valued and full and will 100% be going there again next time we visit Akaroa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent coffee and nice setting. Coffee came in good time even though they were busy. The milk and shot extraction both perfect. They seem a bit more relaxed about us coming in with several kids and can see they have pushed the retail aisles back to make a bit more floor space. Pretty rotten that CCC are being fun police over the sidewalk seating. Best in Akaroa.
