Being plant collectors we have developed 5 acres of garden that is open to the public and available for wedding ceremonies (booking garden visits is essential).
Our garden exhibits our years of collecting and passion for differing plant groups. The garden allows you to see plants that you may have an interest in grown to their full size and being combined in a garden with other species you may not have considered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant say if they're better in person but the phone manner from the woman i spoke with was pretty terrible.
I called to ask about what options that they may have for more mature grown shrubs and hedging to land scape my property and i got a blunt response stating they didnt have anything like that. Granted im new to this sort of project and explained this to them, that i didnt have an exact height in mind and did they have anything close to what i was wanting, i was given a couple of smaller plant possibilities but at this point it seemed that she really just wanted to get me off the phone. When i refered to what their website said - they claim that if they dont stock what you need they can potentially source it from elsewhere and please contact them to enquire - i got a very short blunt 'yeah we can but it'll cost alot.'
Well as a potential customer i was willing to spend a decent amount for this project, but i wont be using pepper tree nursery now.
Guess they're not strapped for cash if they're willing to loose customers like this.
Pepper tree, a little professionalism, willingness to help and friendliness, even if its just over the phone, goes long way - work on that.
