He was on his phone most of the time and when he was able to deal with my issue he regaled me with details of the PC crashing. Terrible customer service, lucky he doesn't work for tips or he'd be very hungry!!!

I visited your branch on Monday, and the Spark site and Google had different sets of hours but said you were open. I drove out and you were closed so I ended up going to Pukekohe.
