I was lucky enough to get in right before Christmas for a cut, colour and olaplex treatment and could not be happier with the services provided and the environment in which they were provided. Professional yet friendly within a beautifully equipped salon. Would highly recommend Perfekt Hair Studio to all who are looking for top quality styling, colouring and treatments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had followed this place for weeks on insta and decided to finaly try them out. I never colour my hair but this place was definitely a bad choice to get into it.
Firstly, i was there on time but i was not seen until an hour later. Alan was the one i had an appt with but he was juggling 3 clients at once... should have walked in. When i was finally seen, i showed him a picture of wat i wanted and he did not get the concept altho i asked for mix of colours in balayage. In the end i ended up with Ash Blonde only!!!! The colour is ok but definitely not what i had asked for. I had to ask for a lot less of a cut cause i had been there in 4 hours already and so over it.
Time management was just a much. He did the bleach and said he would return in 20 minutes... he was back 50 minutes later. After applying toner he said 20 minutes, he came back 45 minutes later... he still attempted to juggle multiple clients...
At the end i was charged $560 for a terrible job on short hair. I paid it cause i just wanted to be done with that place. Then i was told i have $60 in credit to get me to get back... no way in hell am i getting back... the most i shudve been charged is $300. And $60 on a small trim with no layers was just too far... i should have been compensated for waiting a bloody hour...
If you have a life... don't bother visiting, your time is too precious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place over and over again for the last couple years. They are professional, reasonable standard price range, they know exactly what they’re doing to your hair. Alan and Coco always do their best job and let me walk out of the salon with excitement and happiness. They are very friendly and they do really care about your hair. Unlike some other hair salon that I have been to, in this place, the stylist will tell you honestly if your hair is in a good enough condition to do the service you want. If your hair is too weak, they will give you advices and alternative options. They do really care about the customer’s satisfaction, not just money. And trust me, if you went to some other hair salon and they messed your hair up - come see these guys and they will fix it for ya within a blink of an eye ;) Always such fantastic and fabulous job on my hair every time I visited this place !
P/s: Coco, I want to tell you that you’re a very nice and kind person and I really enjoyed your company when we talked. I can see that you put all of your heart and effort in the work you’re doing and I really admire that. You are such a charming and enthusiastic person. Keep it up with the good work and I’ll definitely see you next time ! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alan has been doing my hair for over 9 years now. I have very resilient hair, it’s a real skill to know how to “over perm” it, so that it drops perfectly a few weeks later. I’ve also had balayage done, every time has been perfect. There is no need to see another hair dresser once you’ve experienced Alan. He is so thorough and takes care with every detail even when the salon can be very busy. He also does the most wonderful shampooing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going around so many well known Saloons in New Zealand eg. Rodney Wayne to color my hair for lighter color. They used to ask me to make an appointments, meet the consultant, discuss for hours, and then later they say I need to color my hair 5 times to make it lighter and then they may get to the color I was after. Each session will cost me $350-$500. As a busy mother for 2 years old boy and 3 months girl, I have no time to go around so many saloon and book for consultations etc. I lost hope and assumed I will never get the color I want. When I found out about perfekt hair studio I contacted them through Instagram, i sent them a photo of my hair and I was surprised with their swift and professional response. They told me what it needs to be done and for how much, they did not ask me to come over and talk for hours and waste my time. From their response I knew they know what they are talking about and they are professional and they know what they are doing. Today I went and spent 5 hours only to get my hair done ✔. They call themselves PERFEKT and they are definitely PERFECT ?.
Alan was very professional and paid attention to every details, his assistant was on spot and did great job. I felt very comfortable and in good hands.
