β β β β β I wasn't going to write a review as I thought maybe my experience was a one off but obviously not. I had a female stylist too, she left me sitting for ages before she slapped some colour on then went to cut and colour other peoples hair. Colour looked nice but faded within 2 weeks. I don't usually get my hair coloured professionally so it was a real treat but it ended up being such a waste of money. The cut was also rushed and it wasn't great.

β β β β β This is my 2nd visit to the Chancery salon with IIdiko and couldn't be more happy with her work, the color is exactly what I asked for and the cut too. The support staff are welcoming and professional. The salon space is also beautiful to be in, love their flower arrangements! Will continue to visit.

β β β β β Iβve had three appointments with ILDY at Vivo Chancery. It is the first time in years that Iβve walked out of salon feeling completely happy. ILDY spends time understanding what I want, she is a brilliant colourist and stylist. I am in my late 30βs and transitioning to silver hair and she has been supportive throughout the process. Feel very lucky my colleague recommended her!

β β β β β Ildy was the best !! She gave me 100% satisfaction for my hair. I totally gave her the option to do what she thinks best for my hair and select the colour for me and Iβm totally amazed by her service. Definitely recommend Vivo chancery for everyone for a lovely makeover.

β β β β β Positives: Friendly staff and very welcoming. Got a great haircut and colour which was what I wanted.
Negatives: Time was a factor for me. Half an hour wait before I was seen and then 3 hours for a cut and colour was too long.
Overcharged with pricing for what I was quoted.
Suggestions:
Other Vivo stores offer you slips for your glasses so you don't get dye all over them and also water and coffee. Customer service could be improved.
