β β β β β 4th of Feb we contacted Pergola NZ for the first time, Marc came and did an assessment whom promised to send us a quote. To-date we have not received it. Chased by email, calls and txt, and still nothing. We know our place is small and maybe doesn't generate you as much profit as other big houses, but not letting us know is just not acceptable, we'd prefer if you'd just be up front about it and tell us if you won't do it. Letting us hang really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Initially our plan was to also build a deck at the back and have pergola done up too, thought we'd use you again if you did a good job, but looks like you just don't want our business.
