★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service and awful ice cream. Went there with my family for a real fruit ice cream but the staff behind the counter were very rude and surly. The ice cream was not smooth but gritty. Definitely would not recommend this place!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service, took 30 mins for about 10 people to be served. Machines were breaking down constantly. Staff seemed not interested. Unpleasant environment eating icecream in carpark. Ice cream was okay. Won’t go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star just cause. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The service is shocking and the Samoans who work here have no sense at all of respect. They workers need supervision because they are slow and talk in Samoan and back stab customers. Never going back. Could be the best Ice Cream Farm in New Zealand if they spent some serious time investing in good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family think these are one of the best berry Ice creams around as you can actually see the bits of berry in it and ice cream really tastes like berry compared to some of the other places . We have been here numerous times this summer as the location as also convenient. Just be careful turning into the driveway though as there is no turn off lane on the high speed road .

It says open 24 hours. There are no signs outside the place about open hours. Some info about the hours would have been greatly "helpful" .
