★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second delivery i have had and its taken out the stress of buying pet food in the shops. Also its great as it save me money on Vet food. My only complaint is both bags have had holes in the bags . Second bag had 3 holes and one of the holes was large enough to let the food leak out. For this i was disappointed as am i actually getting 12kg and how fresh is the food. I will have to see how my third bag arrives and decide if i keep buying from pet direct. Since speaking to a team member they were really great to deal with. Looking forward to my next delivery.
