★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older/middle aged woman who I can only imagine is one of the owners isn’t pleasant to deal with.
Though her knowledge of pets and animals alike is obviously extensive - her delivery of said knowledge to customers could do with some work.
As a paying customer I do not appreciate being talked down to and treated as though I don’t possess any knowledge of my own.
The “lecture” and defensive approach is no way to educate.
We put back what we were going to buy as we don’t feel it’s appropriate to spend money with a store person who treats customers in such a way.
The selection of food, treats and accessories for your furry friends is great though.
Cannot fault their range and variety and the shop it self.
Just avoid the woman unless you want to feel like you’ve been sent to the naughty corner for something you didn’t do.
