โ โ โ โ โ I drove from Waikato to Auckland store for pet clothes and was served by a young woman when I paid for my 3 items total $293. Thank-you owner for posting a response to my review and I acknowledge the time you took and the effort made to do so. I hadn't made the young lady who served me aware that I wanted the hangers for presents to give the clothing to three of our rescue dogs. I acknowledge this was my oversight for not informing the young lady my apologies again. Thank-you so much for having such a great store handy for our fur babies and we have a few 3 kuri and 2 cats. All our fur family are still playing with and chewing on their chew toys were bought from your store. Thanks so much for being about to help us to spoil our fur babies completely. Much respect guys we love having you as our go to pet store.

โ โ โ โ โ Good pricing have just found staff to be rather off putting in terms of their lack of people or customer service skills. Every time I have come into the store Iโve made an effort to say a simple hello as even through theyโre standing at the counter, they donโt seem to notice you unless youโre paying for your items. The young man at the counter is friendly - the rest of the staff will just look unhappy that youโre there. Often it is quite unkempt and various items on the floor around the desk, or papers on the desk so you may have to hold your items, or step over and through a plethora of items - so may be best to leave the dog in the car.

โ โ โ โ โ We went here as animates and petstocks supply of cat toys was miserable. At pet.kiwi we found alot of toys that we havent seen at other stores. The cats love the silvervine mice.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm really glad that I discovered pet.kiwi! Iโve never been let down by their efficient processing times and their customer service via email is fast and effective. My most recent purchase was dog tags (I went with the steel dog bones and a circular one), I was impressed with the robustness and general value for money. Notably I had made a typo in my email for the tag details which Devin picked up straight away. Keep up the great work, pet.kiwi!
