โ โ โ โ โ Would avoid the ponsonby one. Called about a cat and came in and asked to see it/hold it. Got told yup - disappeared on me for 5-10 mins and then the staff goes up to the cage and letโs someone else look at the cat.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but I'm not that fit. I don't want to wonder around looking for things.
Girls stacking shelves, customers waiting for service at the till. I gave up and left the empty till.
Wanted two collars and leads. Was going to purchase other items.

โ โ โ โ โ What a great experience at PetStock in Ponsonby today. The lady working there was super helpful and had a spare mask for me as I forgot to bring mine in, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick some treats and dog food for Ziggy, then we topped it off with getting a new name tag engraved while we waited.
Great spot here with easy parking around the back for customers, Ziggy and I highly recommend.
