โ โ โ โ โ Grabbed a protein bar along with my Rx. Took a bite as I left, because I needed a quick snack on the go. It was rancid and inedible, as if it had spoiled -- so I popped back in and politely explained. The lady at the cash argued with me, refused to refund, and refused to exchange, saying it was like not liking what I ordered at a restaurant. Shameful customer service! If a restaurant serviced something that had gone rancid, they would fix it!

I have same flawless service every single time and I can't thank them enough for this. All the people there are very polite and very helpful. They can even remember my name! This is what I call a perfect customer service!
