β β β β β DO NOT go to this store, I bought a box of Elevit from them on 23 Nov 2018 then later found its not the one I need so with the package untouched the next day morning 24 Nov 2018 , I went back to the store to return it with the receipt they said I cannot return it !!! Very disappointed!!!! I went to any other pharmacy ask them if I bought any medicine from their stores can I return it, they said Yes, as long as within 7 days !! but not this one!!!!

β β β β β Be very careful when picking up scripts from this Pharmacy! Items are swapped out without consultation.
We have had two prescription medicines swappped by this pharmacist without any notification or warning in the last week. The first medicine is an anti epileptic drug. Here is the advice from medsafe β Medsafe recommends prescribers follow the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agencyβs (MHRA) advice that lamotrigine brand changes must be managed carefully with close patient monitoring, taking into account factors such as seizure frequency and treatment history2. The evidence that lamotrigine has a narrow therapeutic window is inconclusive at present. However, there is information to show that patients find changing brands difficult3β
Second swap out was for an anti biotic. Doctor prescribed an antibiotic that has been effective for treatment but that was swapped for another that has had no benefit after 10 days.

I saw this pharmacy while driving home. I quickly stopped in to grab some hay-fever tablets after work.
Firstly, nothing was labeled in the store. There were no signs to distinguish how much the tablets would cost. When I asked the lady at the counter she said, "Just bring them up and I will scan them." I was in a rush and didn't question it.
When I grabbed (what I thought) to be the cheapest option, the lady proceeded to tell me that my packed of Razene 10mg Tablets (30) was $19.99!? I thought that was not right but as I needed them urgently I paid for them and checked. .
You can get these tablets for $7 at The Chemist Warehouse or $10 at Life Pharmacy.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will get ripped off and CHARGED DOUBLE THE PRICE!

β β β β β Great Service and clean and tidy shop. The service was very quick, I only had to wait a few minutes for my prescription to be filled. The pharmacist was very helpful and made sure I knew how to take my medicine etc. I will recommend this pharmacy to my friends. I will be a repeat customer.
