I arrived home at 9.30 at night to find dirt up my hallway and on my kitchen floor my dish drawer open and beeping and making a terrible noise. I received my invoice-saying problem fixed, put though a cycle and tested ok. My dishes were still dirty and dry so this was not true. Extremely unhappy with the service received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PhaseOne arranged to come to my home at 2pm, yet arrived at 2.45pm, leaving me waiting when i had already had to take time off work to let them in. They came to do a very simple job of repairing our bathroom light, where I gave them specific instructions to install a bright white colour lamp, yet they install a yellow lamp and leave the job insisting its complete. Upon requesting they rectify the problem they insist the colour lamp i wanted wasn't available(I called the lamp supplier and they confirmed they stock it) and eventually they insist its my problem and refuse to rectify the problem. The lady who answers the phone would have to be the rudest and unhelpful person I have ever come across. From the electrician to the receptionist, the whole company is incompetent and I suggest you stay clear! No matter whats service you require, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
