We have also recommended him to our friends and used him and his team for smaller jobs, all of which have been completed to an excellent standard and on time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phil and his team have done several different building jobs on our family home over the last fifteen years including major bathroom and kitchen renovations and the complete replacement of our downstairs window set. In addition, Phil and his team have done a number of smaller jobs for us. We most recently had Phil do work for us about six months ago. Phil's work has always been consistently of a very high quality and its delivery trouble-free. We've always appreciated Phil's suggestions, problem-solving, communication and reliability; which has always resulted in outcomes exceeding our expectations. He built a studio for us more than ten years ago and it is as good as it was the day it was built! He is reliable, honest, hard working and his finish is exceptional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have utilised Phil Bartley on three separate occasions, to build a deck, a fence, and to substantially alter the entrance to my house, as well as fitting a new tri-fold sliding door, and a large new window where my front entrance used to be.
The quality of Phil's advice, professionalism and workmanship is outstanding. He listens very well and the wise counsel he offers reflects real depth of experience. His customer care, communication and expectation management are first class.
The quality of Phil and his small team's work is such that on the last occasion I needed building work done, I decided to wait for a number of months for Phil to become available, rather that proceed more rapidly with another Master Builder.
I totally trust Phil, both professionally and personally, and would recommend his services to anyone.

We have always found Phil very reliable and trustworthy and the standard of work was excellent. Quotations provided are always well written and any “last minute” changes were accommodated. We would use Phil again if we needed any further building work done.
