β β β β β Poor communication and shady. Neither the workers or administrators seem to know what they're doing. Took one of the quad bikes there to get fixed but was told that it was going to take a while and stuff so dad told them he'll take it to the one in Morrinsville. When dad went around to pick it up the nasty buggers worked on the bike so that they could get paid rather than let my dad take it to Morrinsville. They didn't even call to check or ask for permission which is very deceitful and disrespectful. Honestly disgusted by this. They also serviced the bike which was not asked for and didn't even fix the bloody problem! Will never go back and do not recommend. Phil's Motorcycle centre in Morrinsville is so much better and nice, definitely worth the drive over. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

β β β β β The one star was for being open. The term customer service appears to be one they are unaware of here, and no need to ask who I was dealing with that was the owner the staff appear to try there best with there hands tied. In my case they were representing the Yamaha brand and in fairness to them Yamaha NZ seemed to be the school of no service they were learning from. All issues that could be changed and if they ever decide to change I'd be only to happy to assist them with that betterment of MOTORCYCLING in there patch.
