★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever come across. The man came into the house for 15min did nothing at all, did not touch the appliance or even try it out. When he left the problem was still there. When I rang the lady was so rude she huffed and puffed all the time I was talking to her as though I was a fool. She told me the man tested the appliance which is totally untrue and I suggest if you are an older person like myself you stay well away from them as they will bully you as they did me.
UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SARCASTIC BULLY SHOULD BE THEIR COMPANY LOGO. STAY AWAY FROM CLEAVER APPLIANCES!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good turn around time but our machine ended up being beyond repair ( apparently seized gearbox and suspension was stuffed ) so they said it wasn't worth fixing was never given a quote to fix it they just gave estimates and said it probably wasn't worth the time !

Overpaid for there time as collecting was "hard" should have had more than one staff member when there were told the machine was full of water.
Terrible company only reason use is due to warrenty, would never recommend to anyone. In fact they left the machine outside as it's too hard to put inside.
Rude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were great, awesome service with morning courtesy call giving time frame of arrival, they were on time, went through and fixed the fault quickly. Very reasonably priced for doing onsite repairs. Will definitely use them again.
