β β β β β One of the worst property management in West auckland no mantaince in 6 years its A cheap and dishonest property management.....no stars at all... Absolutely disgusting as to how they advertising being told to pay for a faulty sink pipe (which this management tried to remove and was unssecful) cause of (bends) (witch she took a photo off telling the plumber to replace buy putting in a straight pipe so free flow water can pass through and a lot more pressure can be applied causing no blockage)then being told to pay for the plumbers covid mask and gloves( I understand covid mask is mandatory in new zealand)(then she went on to say these were PPE gears,) (These are all deliberate ACTS)extremely shortty management,almost like begging money out of you..outrageous claims being made by this property management disputes tribunal waitaKari courts views (advices ) its false claims to look At misleading management.(faulty wear and tear material's )Meaning they get used....(the carpet in the house is a wear and tear meterial)( the toilet in the house witch you use is a wear and tear meterial).the house it self the guttering is a wear and tear material all this comes under landlord and management.WHO KNOWS WERE SHE GOT HER MANAGEMENT SKILS FROM.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.....
