★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Ricoma TC 1501 7S from this company in Auckland as I get a lot of my supplies from them over the years, they are the most nicest guys I have come across in a long time definitely not pushy sales people, extremely helpful go out of their way with great service (they do need to take time off from working though). They went 2hrs drive out of their way to deliver my machine personally to the waikato, stayed for quite a while making sure I was all set up and ready to go. I know I can ring, text or email 24/7 they are awesome like that. I went for this deal as it is a commercial grade product for the same money (but more accessories) as a domestic 10 needle brand, Plus all the accessories that come with it specially the hat station and hoop also a bobbin winder with 11 hoops and a table for bigger flat embroidery why would you even contemplate a smaller machine that bounces on the table plus this monster is so quiet. Sorry this review is so long but I am passionate about supporting and being loyal to a fantastic kiwi company like Direct Sewing Machines and Supplies and if I had anything bad to say I definitely would as I have in the past. Way to go Shay (manager) and Prem (technician) you are awesome.
