Poor quality workmanship and unwilling to negotiate a solution.
After reading my review phone zone negotiated a satisfactory solution to my dealings with them which I appreciated.

β β β β β Got my screen fixed and it had a bump and cracks on the back. They said I should have known it would happen but I wasn't told beforehand and I wasn't told about the terms and conditions. They seem to like avoiding letting you know things. Do not recommend. My phone now looks damaged and apparently it doesn't come under the warranty because "I should have known about it" when they never actually told me
