★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service: I was looking for a high resolution computer monitor for working from home. The assistant Nick helped me decide on a Dell 4K screen 27". He found one in stock and arranged for it to be delivered to the store. Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday. I was notified by text.
Also I was looking for a power lead for my work laptop which had been supplied with only transformer block. NL doesn't supply the specific lead but a colleague recommended a local store that does, and I obtained the vital equipment there.
Very impressed, staff are attentive, responsive and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son purchased an IPhone and paid cash, the assistant was very pushy, he kept recommending a warranty many times after we had politely declined, same issue in Nelson store. It wasn't mentioned that we had to buy a new plug, we got home late and couldn't charge the phone, not the best experience considering we paid $1000 and I guess we expected better service, it has put us off going into this branch.
