★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. What kind of phone repair kiosk sells $30 screen protector but refuse to put it on for the customer. Luckily the other kiosk Icell were happy to assist for free after we struggled putting it on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get my phone fixed because the screen was unresponsive. The person said it was because my screen was cracked so I paid to have that changed plus for a screen protector ($200 total). However, when I got it back it was in worse shape. I returned and he said it was my fault that I didn't mention it sustained water damage a long time ago, so of course the phone would be broken now.
I admit I was partially at fault, but this could have easily been avoided if the technician had just asked of the phone's history. I didn't even remember about the water damage until he mentioned it again. So to anyone bringing in their phone to get it fixed, ALWAYS mention any previous trouble or damage you've had with the device because these guys won't ask you before they take your phone. My device is absolutely busted now and they won't give me a refund because I didn't mention the water damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent phone in the be assessed for insurance, came back with new screen replacement but phone would drop in and out of service, miss calls and not dial out due to aerial disruption during repair. After sending phone back for warranty repair they could not find anything wrong. Have had 2nd party look at it and issue found straight away. Poor, slow service would not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in on the off chance I could get some help to delete data on my one cloud as it was over its limit. The amazing gentleman went out of his way and far over and above his duty to help me. He even took this issue home to complete and downloaded my personal photos onto a USB to save them before being deleted. I cannot thank him enough. His manners were impeccable and he was extremely modest about the cause. Amazing service, thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my phone in to get the screen replaced after dropping it.
Initial assessment was ok, took details of faults noted in phone. Was told it would be finished in an hour. I did say I would be around the mall, so may drop back in, probably would pick it up tomorrow. Returned in an hour to see attendant not busy and hadn't started my job. Attendant told me it would be done tomorrow.
Received a call the next morning an hour after they opened telling my my phone model was slightly different and they didn't have the screen. It would need to be ordered in which would take 3-4 weeks.
Picked up phone to see additional damage to case that wasn't there or noted when I dropped it off. Told it was there when I dropped it in although it wasn't noted.
Will not be going there again. Poor service, limited knowledge.

Told me where to find the store, and was knowledgeable on the brands and products. I really appreciated his timely service as I have an important day tomorrow so he’s saved my life!
