The countdown app is now irrelevant because everything has been moved ! Can’t find anything so will no longer shop with you - goodbye countdown and hello paknsave & new world

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im not quite sure why We had to wait to get inside because there were to many people in side. Iv been double vac and have had my booster, big believer in vaxinnation. I was then late for my appointment. New world are not doing this. Why count down?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff were abit abrupt and their system for operating the Lotto counter needs addressing. ..I stood at Lotto waiting to be served and was basically ignored so walked out ☹☹

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to always get my groceries here but after a lot of renovations, and the shop appearing to get smaller every time, and several revamps where all stock got swapped around and the contents of aisles kept changing, I have changed to New World. I still order my online groceries here though

I’ve generally found it to be well presented, clean, offering a diverse range of high quality fresh produce.
Typically open from 7am till 10pm seven days with the standard public holiday exceptions. Loads of parking, wheel chair friendly facilities.
Cash and EFT-Pos excepted.
Staff are great. Friendly. Always happy to help you locate what your looking for.
Seriously though, this is pretty much your standard run of the mill supermarket, but you do need to be mindful of peak shopping times as the mall can get quite congested at times.
