They have a fantastic selection of products to select from and hands down the best service I've come across on Trademe (and I've been a member since 2003 and have seen the best of the best). The team make the process of buying simple, friendly, fast & efficient....and that's what I look for if I'm going to be handing over my money - Great job team, keep it up

I was impressed, and made the drive out the next day to check the shop out and buy what I needed. Really happy - will deal with them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy the Visico LED-20A video light. I bought two of them last year from Phototools and one failed after only 20 hours use. I asked Phototools to diagnose the problem and help me fix it, but they advised that they do not have the ability to service it themselves and, as it was out of the 12 month warranty period, they would not get it fixed or replace at no charge. This is a breach of the CGA as the product is clearly not fit for purpose, but they would not budge on this. I recommend shopping elsewhere. Yes, their prices may be good but you may well be stuck if the products fail.
