About Photo Warehouse
Formed in late 1987 Photo Warehouse has evolved into one of New Zealand's leading Photographic supply companies. We recognized that there was a need for a photographic specialist outlet that was accessible, stocked a wide range of products, and was staffed by true photo enthusiasts.
Three decades on, Photo Warehouse has now grown into a prominent organisation with showrooms in New Zealand's four largest cities - Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin. We now employ over 50 staff, including product specialists and company representatives.
With high quality digital labs in all locations we can produce images from standard sized 6x4" prints to 15m long panoramas. With in-house kiosks in each showroom customers can also choose and edit their printing requirements in a relaxed environment knowing they will receive the finest quality output available.
Each Photo Warehouse showroom strives to be a full service photographic outlet and can supply anything from a lens cap to a complete professional studio set-up. Our company has secured the sole agencies for many of the worlds leading photographic brands, so therefore boasts the widest range of photographic product available in New Zealand. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Ken who was so kind to share his expertise regarding binoculars. I bought a really nice pair of Nikon binos that were a great upgrade to our previous ones. One of the only places where you can physically hold and test the binos before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Might be great in store but online is a struggle. No reply to webmail trying to ask a few questions when wanting to buy a $5000 camera and no one answers the phone. Tried another store (Photogear) super helpful and will go there from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is THE place to go if you need any help with your camera! I inherited a camera but it was missing a few things. I went to a few other shops but they weren't much help, so I came to photo warehouse and staff gave me some great advice about SD cards, and helped me sort out lens protection, a lens cap and a bag to keep the camera safe. The staff are super passionate about cameras, took the time to explain everything to me and had great advice. I cannot recommend them enough!
