★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. 10 mins seesion, 7 mins for filling the ACC form during which the physio guy sat next to me was playing his phone the whole time.
After filling the form, he had a very brief look at my hand and told me there is nothing he can do, just go home and have a rest.
Not sure why I would pay $20 for a poor physio session like this.
Really unprofessional, really poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was really amazing with Physio Rehab group. I would specially like to mention about Jasvir who have been treating me with my injury. He has always been kind, positive and professional. I have had great improvement following his treatment and recommend exercise. I would say he is one of the best physio I have come across until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a appointment with PRG Otahuhu this morning. Waste my time and energy. The receptionist contacted me to confirm if I had my vaccine pass which I have and if I had a referral from my doctor or to fill an ACC form, I told her I will fill in a acc form. She also told me that my first visit will be $40 and $30 for the next appointments which I gladly accepted. I really didn't care about the price, I just wanted to fix my back. So coming up to go inside for my appointment which was in the afternoon I got turned away. I wasn't accepted because I wasn't registered. Now as part of customer service it's your job to let people know about your services so then we don't waste our time and gas to get there just so we can be denied. So for the lady behind the desk with the moustache (receptionist) thanks for nothing.
