โ โ โ โ โ Physio 4 All is my go to clinic when to when my body has an injury or a niggle. Jo is a very knowledgeable and hands on physio who will work hard to get to the bottom of any injury in a professional and thorough way. She has helped me though a number of sports injuries.
I have also used her massage therapist Luciene who gives a great sports massage. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I highly recommend Jo, not only was her deep tissue treatment great for relieving the pain, when things were not getting better she provided me with other options to deal with the pain. Due to her diligence and interest has now seen me pain free for over a year when I was actually getting to the end of my tether before seeing her.

โ โ โ โ โ I am writing this review for a series of treatments received a couple years ago but impressed me very much.
Joanne is AWESOME! She is best physical therapist! My first visit was for a bad calf strain(left) happened while playing squash, I couldn't walk as normal. In 2 months sessions and some home exercises, I picked up my racquet, go back on court to play. What an amazing treatment! Plus, Joanne is always patient to explain causes and give me instructions regarding how to prevent injuries on the court, thus I am more aware of risks causing injuries.
Till today, right now, my left calf has never come with any problem. Sounds normal? Not really, I will tell another story on their Browns Bay page, you will then understand what "never a problem" means.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been seeing Jo for chronic back pain. Having seen a number of physiotherapists in the past I can confidently say that she is most professional and effective clinician I have met.
Rather than giving verbal advice Jo has a more hands on approach, alleviating pain and discomfort immediately.
Jo is the therapist that other physiotherapists go to for their treatments - which speaks for itself.

She is professional and hugely experienced in her work and I am lucky to have benefited from that experience and her proactive approach in getting me back to full recovery.
