โ โ โ โ โ I originally booked in for a consultation for November 11th at 3:30pm. I organized to take half a day off work to have this appointment, taking time off from work during covid is very difficult for me. To fill in lost time I also organized to run other errands to make up for the empty time. I forgot to add in my calander the time of my consultation and call up to confirm only to be told im not in the system and dont have a booking. After saying I just called up 30 minutes ago and spoke to the same receptionist she completely didnt have me in the system. After asking to book that time in again I was told "that day is booked out sorry". Appalling. So I booked for November 2nd at 3:30pm, giving my details yet again, and again and again? Dont know why as she must just be extreamly forgetfull, ive never spelt my name out loud soo much or said my dob soo much.
Now I just got a call yesterday 29th october that I need to reschedule my appointment as the receptionist just got told that the Doctor has his sons graduation. Now I completly undertand and my rating is not because of the Doctor but because of his receptionist. What a waste of time these people. I cant move the booking as ive confirmed to take my time off from work. So now im out of a consultation and now having a half day off for no reason. Thanks for the experience. I was referred to this place by my gp ive been going to for 15 years, what a shame you stood on his trust like that by making it difficult.
