★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The washing machine didn’t spin to the end so we had to wring the water out of our clothes. After that we used the dryer and after one hour of drying our clothes were still wet (and dirty btw!). Now I have to wash my clothes again because of the new dirt??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No change anywhere, which is a known issue with many laundromats.
The absolute bummer though is, that there is no hot water! You are expected to pay 4 bucks for unhygienic washing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has washers and dryers, that's it, so it's evidently aimed at locals rather than travelers. There's not much seating, so it's not intended as a reasonably comfortable place to sit and keep an eye on your clothes; it's very spartan. There wasn't a change machine, or soap being sold anywhere, although there's a full-service laundry and dry cleaning place nextdoor that was nice enough to sell us a scoop of detergent. It's close to the Interislander Ferry terminal, and maybe a 10-minute walk from the Bluebridge terminal, so we used it for doing some laundry after we missed a ferry by moments, and had to wait a few hours for the next one. There are food places a few minutes' walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is there, at 81 High Street, and it is open 7 days per week, 8am to 8pm (despite what one of the Google entries says about being closed on Sat pm and all day on Sunday).
The location is opposite the Admiral's Mall, towards the inland end of High St.
The machines take $2 coins, $4 for a big wash and $2 per 8 minutes in a big drier. We had about 30 litres of washing (a medium-sized rucsack full) which cost a total of $10 to wash and dry, though if you have jeans or heavy towels allow more for drying.
There may be a charge for washing powder.
Change was available from the owner on Saturday afternoon.
The owner apologised for the confusion about addresses and opening times, which is due to a new business just opening in their old premises and their lack of internet savvy.
Hope this is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked to the address listed and they’re not there. They’ve moved to 81 High Street, but forgot to update their details with google. So I assume this review won’t be read by the owners as it seems they don’t know about small business and the internet. Anyhow, go prepared. It’s steeply priced, and there is not laundry dispenser nor a coin dispenser. Thankfully there is a supermarket across the road who sell cheap packs of laundry detergent, and assist in making up for the laundromats deficits. Seriously though, a self service laundromat with no detergent dispenser?
