Tina is a great teacher and coach, she knows how to challenge and support everyone in the class to make sure that we are all getting the most out of the session!

I really enjoy the mat pilates sessions that Pilates Powered has. For me, it's a moderate level of difficulty that encourages you to work hard but not unachievable. You leave finding that you've had a great work out and can't wait to do another class.

I have been doing online pilates with Tina for a few weeks now, and recently booked in for one of the reformer sessions. I have been enjoying the online pilates a lot, but the reformer pilates took it to another level! It was so much fun! Both types of pilates feel like a great workout in so many ways (strength and stretch focused). I love having the 1-on-1 or 1-on-just-a-few guidance from Tina, as it provides for much more coaching and accountability-checking (i.e. making sure I'm doing the actions right, and pushing myself as and when I can). Tina is super supportive, we have lots of laughs, and she knows when to push me VS let me wilt on the mat/reformer because my muscles have done enough =P I don't like spending much on exercise sessions, but I will definitely come back for more (particularly reformer sessions), because it's like nothing else I've ever tried. So good!

Great full-body work out! Tina’s instructions are easy to follow, even my 14 and 9 year old girls are able to join in. We have so much fun! When things get tough Tina’s encouragement keeps us going. Tina’s classes accommodates for all levels and she keeps a skillful eye on the execution of moves to provide guidance and support.

I am loving Tina's from Pilates Powered classes. They have a good combination of strength exercises that target all areas of the body. She is really good at encouraging you to keep going during the class even when you start to feel the "burn". I love seeing how much stronger I am getting. I find the classes are helping me de-stress and have improved my core strength too (while also having fun;). I highly recommend her classes - they easy to book online.
