★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute hidden Gem of a place, the swimming hole is beautiful, glow worms at night and playground with a friendly goat kept the kids pretty amused, working toilets, really couldn't ask for much more, we will definitely be back for some hot summer days here

Our accommodation was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed every bit of it. With the adorable cabins, camp fires, glow worms or the river, to entertain kids you can truly unwind and reconnect with nature, or just relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it here! Yep, the sandflies are a pain but this place is rustic done very well. The management is effective and very laid back (its hard to get this right but a good balance is struck here), and all the facilities are nice and clean and well looked after. Everything we needed worked well. The camp site was roomy and there were not too many people staying which was nice. There are plenty of trees around for shade and the place is nice and secluded. The glow worms were amazing and the curries that are available were delicious. Also make sure you try out the Taco Shack in Havelock run by one of the owners, yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved it here super child friendly loved the river refreshing and clean we enjoyed visiting the grow worms at night we spent 3nights here 2weeks ago and are looking forward to coming back again in the next coming weeks for the long weekend hopefully. Was great to have family time without phone coverage was perfect
