β β β β β I went the boxing class at the Pink fern gym, I was surprised that the trainer was unfit and has not welcoming attitude.
Sorry no offence but I don't feel it's very trustful if the trainer is fat...the class is focused on the cardio and running stuff but doesn't look professional the trainer tell how to do the exercise with a big belly.
Plus, seems like the trainer has very tight rules himself, tried to kicked out people from the class and being sensitive because was not at the exact time he expected.
