★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We need more shops like this in Auckland. I'm a Filipino and living overseas really makes me miss Filipino products. Shopping here really brings back a lot of memories and for a second it feels like home. The staff is very accommodating as well. Since we only live 300 m away, we've become regulars and their staff has become family friends. The prices are reasonable, some can be pricy but we already know that we're paying for great quality. They also sell Filipino movies and drama series with English subtitles, if you are a fan. I know many non - Filipinos, who love them and have asked where they can get legal and original DVDs. I always direct them here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "tindera" was unpleasant resolving the issue on their Eftops connection. She is àcting as if it is the customers' fault...worst experience for a Filipino or Asian store where Filipinos are very well-known for their hospitality and friendliness. Customers could have patiently waited if she handled it at least with the basic human courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love them, my family loves the pandesal bread and Spanish bread from there and I love the cassava cake. The staff are very nice and friendly and greet you very nicely and help with anything you are looking for....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are good but service is bad, quite unfriendly. Been going here for years due to their convenient location. No eye contact, greeting, or thanks from the staff. Heck they won't even tell you how much to pay, the staff will just put numbers into the eftpos machine.
A vending machine will provide a friendlier experience.
