★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get alterations to shirts for work. Old lady behind the counter replies "look at my workload does it look like I will be able to do it?" I don't care about your workload, don't open shop if you don't want customers. Business must be booming in little old Masterton. Rude and useless, don't waste your time or money. Go to Taylor's in Masterton instead..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really ever write bad reviews, however I have never quite had an experience this bad before so feel I need to share it so I warn other people not to use this business. I entered to not be greeted, but told in a matter of fact voice that she was "busy" and "I don't know when I will ever be able to get to your work". I was taken back by the fact she didn't even ask what I wanted, didn't even say hello. I would suggest never going here if you want service. Shocking and still completely gob smacked by this experience. I am not sure why you are in business if you don't want customers. Manners and service are free.

Manners and service go both ways! Ignore any negative review on here. Kindness always comes back to you if you give it out.
