Pipeline Recruitment (originally RIOT Recruitment) was established in 2007, as an opportunity was identified to contribute to the growth of the Hawke’s Bay region as a whole. Tania is our candidate liaison “guru”, having been with Pipeline Recruitment for five years.

Prior to joining the team at Pipeline Recruitment, Tania spent approximately 15-years in senior Administration, Customer Services and Executive Support roles. Her industry experience includes the IT, Import, Distribution, Construction and Recruitment sectors.
