★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Young Guy I think the manager here was awesome when I visited Fri 13th November. I was looking at a pair of trousers to match a jacket for The Enchanted Ball. They did not have the size trousers so I got them in Hastings and came back to Napier as I decided to get the jacket they had there and still managed to get one of their Suit Deals including the shirt and tie for $199. Bloody good deal and the guy was awesome at checking stock and checking how the sizes fitted and recommended a cool shirt and tie and was genuine and nothing was too much trouble. Sorry I didn't get his name ,My bad but I'll def go back their to get his opinion and the other lady on was really friendly too.
I have not been to Hallensteins for a while as their fashion had gone way to young but was well impressed with their new range meeting a wider age group so will be back to Napier for sure.. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good clothes and variety of styles. We found that the size of item did not always correspond with size on coat hanger. Sizes also weren't sorted on racks which was a bit frustrating looking for correct size. We were in store for 15 to 20 minutes and were allowed to free range shop rather than be bugged by shop assistants. Also dressing Rooms were good size

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and courteous staff who listened and provided options. I am glad I listened to their advice to try on the shirt. It would not have fitted comfortably otherwise. (I also had a small rant/moan about an unrelated client interaction and they still listened to me without complaint ?).
I am a little disappointed that the Covid19 QR code tracking is not being voluntarily maintained.
