★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They know their system is flawed but they don’t want to fix it as it’s getting them work, sounds a bit dodgy!
They notify you to say it’s due for another service, and at no time do they check it actually is due.
I’m not a mechanic! So I wasn’t aware, and I wouldn’t have picked it up but they sent me the invoice, and the one from January, exactly the same work but only 5 months and 2700km prior. Yup my bad I should have kept the receipts!
But I’m not a mechanic and sure as hell feel ripped off!
