★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 3.1 kva inverter generator for our motor home after a very bad exsperience with an Auckland on line store.
This generator is a great little unit.
It has a remarkable remote...press once to start and again to stop.
The staff very helpful and with 22 branches back up service will be no hassle .Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promised that I qualified for a redemption when I purchased 3 battery operated items. I kept calling to enquire about my redemption which was another battery and charger. 4 months later ...... so I called head office and spoke with the Jason who advised me I didn't qualify. OMG!!! So I emailed the complaints department. NO REPLY. So I go back to The Tool Shed and tell the new staff my story because the only way I can operate my blower is to purchase another battery.
The boss (just a guess) just half listens to my attendant and says "oh give her 10% off" . I hope The Tool Shed owners train there staff better to look after their customers. I will not spend another cent in any of their stores again and I will advise everyone I know not to either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying from the Toolshed for quite some time and started with buying the major brand tools, however have come to the conclusion that the tools and machinery with the Toolshed branding are just as great and often cheaper. Parking is great as there is plenty of space at the side of the building. Staff is very helpful.
