β β β β β I've been going to Pit Stop for at least five years and have found them to be very friendly and accommodating. Communication is great, and if there are any problems they are good at sorting them out. Workmanship has also been great. Today I was overcharged and got a call within a minute of leaving to rectify the problem and was greeted with an apology and refund. I really appreciate it when people show this level of integrity.

I had to replace my 2 front tyres unexpectedly as they had worn further than I thought. The guys at the shop found me some tyres and fitted them while I waited. After I drive away, I stopped in town. My car didn't want to start again. Finally it turned over. So, straight back to Pit Stop.
HELP!!! Once again, guys stopped and checked the engine. YEP it was the battery. They loaned me one of theirs until a new one was put on a courier. It was ready the next day. It was put in and I was on my way again. Can not thank them enough for fast and efficient service. Going the extra mile to help a senior lady stay mobile. Took the stress right out of my day. You guys rock. ??
