I called to amend the situation and was greeted by a manager who ignored me and then hung up on me. I will not be returning as I do not support thief's and am still yet to receive the money I paid for goods that were not received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always arrive late, but most of all, forgets multiple things we ordered. We tried to contact the shop after noticing that two of our drinks, and sides were all missing, but they wouldn’t answer. Everytime we order something is always forgotten.

They still tried to over charge as I was about to swipe the card payment and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Not impressed at all. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if i could give this place a 0 i would, but thats not possible, so i give them a 1. seriously. never order from here, order from dominoes. Pizza hutt always takes honestly hours for it to be delivered, we were once left waiting an hour and a half after it was supposed to be here, and another time, the driver yelled at our dog because she was barking, and another time, the order was delivered incomplete, we were missing an entire pizza and they NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! sent a email complaint a week ago and NOTHING. complete radio silence. disgraceful, arrogant, and misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT ORDER FROM HERE.would give zero stars if I could. Absolute terrible customer service. We received the wrong order. Rang them up, they were so rude on the phone and hung up on me. Rang them back and asked why they hung up they said they were calling the driver like why not just say that in the first place? 30mins layer nothing from them. Tried calling and calling and none of my calls would go through. Now we are stuck with cold pizzas that aren’t flavours our kids can eat (spicy) and out of pocket $$. Can’t even drive there cos our kids are asleep. So unacceptable and terrible service. How hard is it to read an address on the pizza box. Who do you hire? Come on!!
