★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Initially ordered double topped pepperoni and Hawaiian only for it to look like value pizzas. The only star is for the drivers service, forgot her name but she was lovely. Her communication was great. Getting in contact with the store is terrible, they don't answer and have lights out by 9:30pm a store that's meant to be open till 10pm. Poor driver had to turn around and collect side they forgot to add to order. Not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing with my online order. Pizza looks like it's been made by a 4yr old, including the base been not round but crooked. I'd recommend going to Domino's or any other pizza places then pizza hut..

No reason why, I walked out of store then notice on the front of there store window, is feed your crew limo pizza, so I left it, couple days later went again the poster is still up on window ask for the limo pizza, get told that promotion is finish? Ok get that! should pull poster down off window if they are not doing that anymore, wwnt to anothrr pizza hutt what you know they have it there, So wither they are different franchises mmmm, plus if you a no.longer doing that promotion pull the poster down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them to have pizza. Tried their Cheese garlic pizza large and hot and spicy veg pizza with cheese garlic stuffed base. Taste was okay. But i will recommend to order large size pizza. Staff was very helpful. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the young man has no customer service experience who was there at the time, especially on how to speak appropriately to customers when there is an inconvenience. Their operations moved to delivery only at the time I was there and I had no idea but instead of apologizing and empathizing, he was more annoyed and looked like he was too busy to bother. Customer service is super important regardless of where you work, even if it's Pizza Hut. The young man needs more training and awareness on external communications and people skills because he obviously was lacking in both that day. I hope his service improves in future.

The Hershey pie was all burnt, dry inside and disgusting. I'd recommend going to any other pizza places then pizza hut..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 5 Apr 2022 to pick up order, this was not ready on time. What was more concerning though was the lack of mask wearing when this has been mandated by Restaurant Brands. I asked staff to put on a mask, they got verbally aggressive and asked me to leave. Staff coughing and spluttering over pizza being made during a pandemic is not a good look. Complained via online form to Pizza Hut but no response. Company it seems cares more about profits than their customers health.
