★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who hasn't been through a Maccas drive through? We all have in our life time as I have many a times. But you know what I've noticed about this Maccas, the customer service has improved alot ( folks this is my opnion only) the cooking of the food I've received we I get home, thank you, you don't over salt your chips, burger el dente, cook and presentation A+. The make over of the store externally, first impressions A+ store. It catches my eye, draws me to your store Ill be doing a drive by on my way home from work...I turn around because you make me want to buy my maccas combo from your store. Thank you McDonalds Mangere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ frozen coke machine wasnt working properly that's understandable but the way the manager spoke to her staff and told them oh well just give a refund then told me to drive on. Left us a bit speechless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed by the unnecessary rude behaviour of those working on Monday night after 8pm.
Their tone, when we are politely asking to order you get a blunt response.
We chose table delivery- they packed up our food and called out our number.
We sat down, hubby said there wasn't any salt on chips, tasted everyone's order of chips - no salt. Thats annoying.
Went up to ask for salt saying none had salt, once I turned my back, could hear the snickering and my husband facing them ,observing their rude behaviour.
Was a bad experience. Will never eat in here again.
Disgusted that they somehow gave the vibe of superiority??♀️ #Embarrassing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience. Service is bad and extremely long wait despite being the only customer in line. Was abused by the drive thru lady previously despite trying to explain she had under-charged me and she thought I was criticizing her math. Very unprofessional to swear at your customers under any circumstances

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are friendly, but because the drive-thru is so busy you can scarce think about driving back through it when they mess up your order. The Mc Donalds app has a customer care section where you can request to be contacted about your issue, but they never contact you. The customer doesn't really warrant that extra effort because the drive-thru is always full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An extremely long wait in the drive through and then they got our order wrong, but no going back with that cue! Hubby says that the only good thing was having the option to have almond milk in his hot chocolate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the worse McDonald's in New Zealand! Every time I order from them, there's always something wrong, and I can guarantee it every time. A lot of Samoans and Indians there that have bad attitude towards customers. Their service is the worse I've ever seen. Nothing about this branch is halfway near the standards! If the franchise doesn't do anything about it, further actions will be taken against them very soon!
