★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't really enjoy the pizza or the service. The person who served me was pretty disinterested and not very friendly. Seemed almost annoyed to be having to serve someone as if he really didn't want to be bothered. It wasn't as if they were rushed off their feet I was the only customer. Now I know why. The pizza was alright but not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were great when they opened in Masterton. Getting worse and worse. I ate same pizza in upper hut was great. I got this third time from Masterton. What a shame. Consistency is needed to stay on top.
Sorry guys not happy.
Hope better next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered for delivery on 17/03/2022, received order as a no-contact delivery. Upon going outside to get order, found the 3 drinks I ordered to be wrong, and the pizzas to not include paid-for extras. Was unable to call the store (no-one would pick up) and I tried calling continuously for over an hour to no luck. Tried calling the next day for near an hour again with no response. Emailed a complaint through, no response. Finally managed to speak to someone today (THREE weeks later) but when asked to be put through to the manager, they didn't put me through. A real shame - their product is usually better than dominos but after this fiasco I just can't bring myself to recommend them or ever order from this branch again. Just save yourself the potential grief and go to dominos or hells - at least you can get in contact with them if your order is wrong.
