Came in just before 2pm. Literally only customer on the premise. 3 staff behind counter chatting, turned away as I walked nearer. Tables not cleared.
I spent some time standing at counter looking at menu and cabinet, managed to make eye contact with one staff member but still no greeting or anything, so assuming you didn't want my business I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered a takeaway delivery and called because I'm missing part of the order. Was put on the phone to a manager who couldn't have been more rude. Disgusting behavior. I work in the hospitality industry as a manager and never in my life would I speak to a customer like that. Funnily enough I used to work as a manager at iberia when it first opened and it's such a shame with the change of ownership how downhill the overall experience has become.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful entrance with lots of places to sit inside and outside as well as nice staff, food ready fast and still tastes nice.
The Brownie tastes nice though is a bit hard and should be softer, chips are very nice and their wraps taste epic.
