★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live 1km from this store. Thought I'd give my nostalgic Favourite another chance after many pizzas with Dominoes. Well , arrived 40 mins late, almost cold. Driver insisted he bought it straight here lol. Never again. What you gonna do pizza hut? Nothing I bet which is a shame because the SF base could have been the bomb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting service, had logged a complaint to their HO and no replies whatsoever. When I was On holiday in Whangarei Ordered pizza for delivery, waited 45 mins attempted to call their store so many times and no replies. eventually pizza was delivered very very late and no apology and when I asked the delivery guy to get Manager to call me no calls have ever been received. This is the worst ever service from any Pizza Hut in NZ. Eventually I called again a week later and got verbally abused by the manager whom answered the call. So I went to RB HO. Am awaiting a response from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last couple of times pizza has been burnt with hardley any topping. I don't think they know how to use a pizza cutter. Last one I ordered was over half hour late and again not cut well. Going down hill big time.
