Placed my order at 5.44pm recieved it at 6.39pm
Garlic bread cold and checked my receipt and was overcharged
Will never grace pizza huts stores with my presence again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order from here, we ordered online at 6pm and it didn’t turn up until 9pm, I went in and asked what was going on and they said it was still cooking so I Said I will wait and grab it from the shop, it was around 8 o’clock I asked again what was taking so long they told me that it went out for delivery even tho I was waiting for it at the shop? they told me it should already be delivered but I said it hasn’t been yet. They tried to say it had been and all that. By 9 pm it turned up but it was cold and stale so I would recommend not to order from here.

I ordered pizzas 60 minutes in advance, not choosing the first available delivery. After 20 minutes delay I called to the place to check what was happening. I was told the delivery was on the way and would be in 15 minutes. However, it's only 10 minutes drive to my place. Then, I was told to call back after another 15 minutes if it still doesn't arrive. I did. I was told the same. 55 minutes after the original time of the scheduled delivery, the pizza arrived.
No one contacted me that there would be such big delay. Bad, bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza online, walked all the way to the pizza shop and waited for a few minutes whilst the shop keeper was fluffing around at the back after he seen me walk in.....finally get my pizza and walked back for another 10 minutes to find my pizza with no extra toppings which I actually paid for. Must be a hard life when you can't seem to get a simple order correct......... Tried to call the store but for some odd reason I couldn't get through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy ordering online which allows you to pay in store. We arrived at the store and our order was ready. Pizzas and garlic bread were delicious. Loved the cheesy garlic crust on one of our pizzas. The dough was very crispy.
