★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst chips that i've spent money on. Take your left over stale chips from last night's dinner and shove them in an oven and then burn the whole lot.. and you get the full Pizza magic chips experience, EVERY TIME. However, pizza was great as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamb wrap isnt worth your time, Kumara wedges were undercooked and same with the Chicken Kickers. Only decent thing that was worth buying was the Cheesy Mushroom Pizza. I wouldnt recommend anything else on the menu but Pizza's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off, I went this evening to buy a Chicken wrap and a Garlic bread. On their website they are $8+$4=$12. When I went to pick up they charged me $14. I asked why they are $12 on their website. The Indian guy replied they upgraded the price, but the guy didn't upgrade on the website, he doesn't know why! Lol well thats not my problem and is a rip off. Also there were hardly any chicken in the wrap and the garlic bread was so small and basic. A total rip off and not worth half of what i paid for. I will never buy from therm again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Rang to get an update on delivery. Manager told me it’s not his problem that food hasn’t arrived yet, we had been waiting over 2 hours for delivery with 3 young children. Instead of showing any empathy or remorse for the wait, told us to “use our brain” and not order online next time. Don’t advertise online orders if you can’t fulfill the order. Will never eat from here again…… Your response to this post is laughable. The lady on the phone was polite and was not subject to any abuse. The manager however had zero care for customer satisfaction and swiped any blame over to menulog and was completely rude about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place should not exist. The pizza hardly had any toppings and had no flavour. The tandoori bites were hard, rubbery and burnt with no tandoori flavour at all. How can they sell stale food and charge money for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a very interesting menu, and I loved their dessert pizza. The pesto pizza wasn't as good as it sounds. Would definitely be keen to try others once I'm in close vicinity of another Pizza Magic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry that I'm writing this feedback as I couldn't resist to give review. Not all people like thin crust and it was very chew and there wasn't much of flavor, the cheese you guys use its a bad quality so please if you can stop using it, and last we requested for spicy pizza when someone asked for a spice level but it was not spicy at all. Customer service was really nice and five star for that but food is not worth at all. Will suggest someone to get dominos instead totally disappointed. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tasting pizzas I have had in a long time, amazing value. Generous with the ham on the Hawaiian, and Cheesy sausage flavor was delicious. Friendly service. Clean and modern. Quite surprised considering it's one of the little shops. Yum
