β β β β β Hate this place, felt like hanging up. Had to repeat my self 1000 times.
Had to order $20 worth before they would deliver.
Then they added more because we are classed as rural. 800meters from main road.
I only ordered as I was knackered from a full on day.
I will never order take out again from here.
3/10 even thats generous, can't even get a thin crust base. Il stick with the competitor from now on ?
So anyway thought id give pizza magic another go you know 2nd chance.
Got a cold & tasteless vegan pizza. And who the heck puts pasta sauce on a pizza.
Have asked for refund.....the silence is deafening ?

β β β β β I donβt know how many times Iβve phone ordered and every time itβs been the same lady and sheβs been extremely rude basically yells at you on phone and hangs up on you because she canβt be bothered. Howβs that in anyway good customer service? Learn how to respect your customers. Other then that good pizzas but just one bad staff member.

β β β β β Pizza Magic Stratford is staffed by the most incompetent employees of this food chain. The delivery driver will ruin your pizza and the staff will steal from you if dare to return it babbling non-sense about your non-exsistant 10% discount you never got while stealing from you.
It's truly a shame that the store is staffed by these people, as the pizza otherwise was pretty good. (If it gets to you in one piece and then don't get shafted trying to return it)
Avoid this place like the plague.
